A 50% booking deposit is required to confirm your booking.
We accept major Credit Cards and Debit Cards. Alternatively you can direct deposit your payment into our nominated account. The balance of payment is due when you collect your camper trailer. Please note direct deposit payments need to be cleared by the bank prior to the collection of your trailer.
A full refund of the deposit is given if booking is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the booking commencement date. You can also change your booking dates within this period. However, we do understand that personal circumstances change unavoidably, so if you need to change your booking dates within 30-60 days before your booking is due to commence, we may be able to accommodate a change of dates but can't make any guarantees other than we'll try our best. No booking date changes can be made within 30 days of booking commencement.
A minimum 7 days hire is required during the Christmas School holiday period. Exceptions may apply.
Camper Trailer Collection and Return
Trailers are to be returned by 11.30am on the morning following the last day of the hire period unless prior arrangements have been made for a late return. (eg. a trailer hired for 3 days Friday, Saturday, Sunday is to be returned by 11 am on the following Monday).
A refundable security deposit of $500 is required when you collect your camper.
