Conditions

Booking deposit

A 50% booking deposit is required to confirm your booking. 

Payment

We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards.  Alternatively you can direct deposit your payment into our nominated account.  The balance of payment is due when you collect your camper trailer. Please note direct deposit payments need to be cleared by the bank prior to the collection of your trailer.

Cancellation/Change

A full refund of the deposit is given if booking is cancelled more than 60 days prior to the booking commencement date. You can also change your booking dates within this period. However, we do understand that personal circumstances change unavoidably, so if you need to change your booking dates after this time, we'll try our best to accommodate your change.  

School holidays

A minimum 7 days hire is required during the Christmas School holiday period. 

Camper Trailer Collection and Return

Trailers are to be returned by 11.30am on the morning following the last day of the hire period unless prior arrangements have been made for a late return. (eg. a trailer hired for 3 days Friday, Saturday, Sunday is to be returned by 11.30 am on the following Monday). 

Security bond

A refundable security deposit is required when you collect your camper.
